FULL  FACTORIAL DESIGN Stop angle has the largest impact on the distance traveled by the projectile while arm length and start angle are relatively similar in terms of significance. FRACTIONAL  FACTORIAL DESIGN The results are similar to the full factorial design as the most significant factor is the stop angle followed by arm length and start angle. CONCLUSION I would recommend the full factorial. As by having only 16 data points, we already have cut down the number of runs to 2 each. So the data is already not as reliable. If we did fractional factorial, it might not give enough data for us to get accurate analysis and the right interactions. Furthermore, doing a full factorial for 16 data points is not considerably difficult, hence there should be no issues with doing the full factorial.  

3D PRINTING

I choose the hinge as my 3D printing project because it could not be easily made substratively due to the exist of joint and complex design if using laser cutting. At first,I sketch the rectangle and a few circle . Then I extrude the sketch  and then extrude the circle so can make it as a joint. I construct the blue surface in the figure and make it as the mirror plane later.I use the mirror function so it will become the situation in the figure below. After that,I create new component from bodies and  set the midplane,I use again the mirror function so the both side will be same design. Then I copy the model so the two model will exist and I use the joint function to make them joint together.  I fillet the corner of the model as 4.5 mm After work is done, I save the file and export it as STL format. Aurdino Programming

I programme the arduino board by using Arduino IDE app which installed in the laptop.After I connect the USB Micro Port B with arduino board and mt laptop,then I open the Arduino IDE app and go to    File > Examples > Servo > Sweep. Then I adjust the value for pos value in the void loop part, one is used to  control the servo from  0 o  to 180 o  and the other is used to control the servo from   180 o  to 0 o    .Besides I also adjust the value for delay part  .As I finish adjusting these value so I can get the speed of servo motor moving desired.  I am Peijie.From last semester ,I have learnt the fusion 360 skill from the Introduction To Chemical Product module.I will update my leant new skill here also same likes last semster,So there are two personal goals in this semster for me: a)master all the skill that have taught in eaxh lesson and put the effort as much as I can. b)communicate with teamates well so can avoid the situations like last semester which cannot work together .   Firstly,I create a rectangle with 65mm length and 25mm width After I add the 2mm offset and fillet the 4 corners of rectangle and sketch dimension to it,I draw a circle with 5mm radius. THEN,I text my name inside the rectangle. After a few of process,the keychain have been done.
